Mark J. Baker, Senior Director, Enterprise Business Unit, Americas
Mark Baker joined HTC America in 2005 with sixteen years of experience in the sales of wireless solutions, software and applications to carriers and the enterprise. Previously he held sales management positions with companies including Bluefire Security, T-Mobile USA, Eizel Technologies, and Software.com/Openwave Systems. Mr. Baker earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Western Washington University.

David Kou, Director, Business Development, CDMA
David Kou joined HTC America in September 2005 after almost 20 years of global experience in high tech industries, including consumer electronics, optical replication, government contracting, magnesium mining, venture investment, fixed line and wireless operators. This experience encompassed service, operation management, finance, relationships, strategic planning, sales and marketing. He manages HTC's CDMA business and relationships with distributors and creates the accessories strategy and roadmap for the company. Mr. Kou holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University - Pomona.

Waiman Lam, Controller
Waiman Lam has over twenty years of experience in high technology, software, manufacturing, and financial services, including ten years as Financial Controller of young high-growth multi-nationals. Before joining HTC America in March 2006 as Controller, Lam was the Director of Finance for a healthcare consulting company in Seattle and a Corporate Controller at Lifespex Inc. He also spent several years in Asia, as Regional Financial Controller for the Hong Kong division of Siemens and as Vice President and Financial Controller at Salomon Smith Barney Asia. Mr. Lam holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Finance from Purdue University.

Hsiao-Wen Lin, Director of Engineering
Hsiao-Wen Lin joined HTC in 2004 to oversee the company's technical development and engineering activities in the US, bringing more than 15 years of experience in software development and other high tech business. Previously he had spent five years on the Microsoft Windows Mobile team with responsibilities that included product development and partner enabling. Mr. Lin holds a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Jason B. Mackenzie, Executive Director, National Accounts
Jason Mackenzie has a strong track record of maximizing accounts, sales channels and regions. He has held a progression of sales and marketing positions with DENSO Wireless and Siemens Communications, concluding as Vice President, T-Mobile USA Mobile Networks for Siemens before joining HTC America in 2005. Mr. Mackenzie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.

David Smith, Director of Marketing
With 14 years of experience in the mobile phone industry, David Smith joined HTC in 2006 to build a marketing framework for the frontrunner in the convergence mobile market. He began his career as Corporate Sales Manager for Telstra, then held a progression of positions with Nokia including Global Marketing Manager for Nokia Networks, Director of Business Development and National Sales Manager and Deputy GM for Nokia Mobile Phones, Australia. Mr. Smith graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Chris Stovall, Executive Director, National Accounts
Chris Stovall is a seasoned veteran of the wireless industry. Before joining HTC America in 2006, he spent more than a decade as Director of Sales for Nokia Mobile Phones, where he managed the AT&T Wireless account and successfully launched more than 45 different handsets. Mr. Stovall earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern Colorado.

Wyatt Whaley, Executive Director, National Accounts
Wyatt Whaley joined HTC America in February 2006 to oversee the company's day-to-day operations and drive the overall business strategy for HTC's national accounts. Previously, he spent 11 years with Nokia in the United States, where he helped develop and lead over 20 new wireless product and technology launches. Mr. Whaley holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.
